Opening hours
The Lower Castle is open for visits every day of the year (except December 25th and January 1st) during the following hours:
- Morning: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (last entry at 12:00 PM),
- Afternoon: from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM (last entry at 5:30 PM).

* The ticket includes entry to all the rooms of the castle, including the International Chess Museum Giovanni Longo - City of Marostica and the Costume Museum of the Chess Game.
Free entry
Entrance to the museum is free for:
- Children under 6 years old,
- People with disabilities,
- Residents of the Municipality of Marostica,
- Journalists,
- Law enforcement officers.
Combined Tickets
On Sundays and public holidays from March to November, it is also possible to visit the city walls-rampart walk in addition to the Lower Castle, thanks to a combined ticket.
