Arthur Scott Elliott
USA 1913 – USA 1983
American designer of the early 20th century, he studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and pursued art studies in Europe, also working as an animator for Disney Studios. During World War II, he served in the production and direction of training films. He is renowned for his portraits in watercolor and oil, as well as for designing chess sets.
